Excellent instructors – they make exercising so much fun for people at all levels and ages. Highly recommended especially if (like me!) you are not a “gym person”.

“SARCOPENIA IS A LOSS OF MUSCLE SIZE, STRENGTH, AND FUNCTION AS WE AGE”

As we get older we often see people doing less activity and not managing as well as they used to in everyday activity. What if i told you, there is a way to stay active and keep doing the things you love. What if i told you, there is a way to keep yourself healthier and less at risk of chronic illness? What if I told you there is a way of keeping your independence and have a lower risk of falls and the broken bones that can be associated with them? What if I told you there is a way to reduce muscle pain from every day activity??

Most people would jump at this and we have an evidence based answer at SPARC Greystones!

“I am so enjoying going to Muscle Matters classes with Alex and his team – who are teaching us the importance of strength and balance exercises and weight lifting that I’d never thought I could do or how beneficial they are. Feel lucky to be part of this group.
