Zoë completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia in her hometown of Vancouver, Canada. She spent several years working as a kinesiologist in a physiotherapy clinic before relocating to Dublin to pursue her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at the Royal College of Surgeons. Now, she is delighted to consider Ireland her second home.
Zoë is committed to the belief that ongoing education is essential for delivering exceptional health care. To ensure she provides the highest standard of care, she continually seeks to expand her knowledge and skills. Over the years, she has earned various certifications, including Functional Movement Screen Levels 1 and 2, Progressing Ballet Technique, and American Barre Technique. Zoë is also a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor and serves as a teacher trainer at Reformation Studios. She enjoys leading classes and mentoring students as they grow into skilled teachers themselves.
Zoë grew up dancing competitively and experienced a variety of injuries along the way, which sparked her interest in physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation. Her years as a dance instructor provided her with deep insights into body mechanics and movement analysis. Zoë is an avid gym goer and continues to practice as much pilates as possible. She is also a big sports fan, so you can often find her watching ice hockey or NFL football in her spare time.
